Packages are usually shipped within 1 day after receipt of payment. They are shipped via the carrier of your choice with a tracking number, delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via Chrono 13 and delivered against signature. Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.
In Metropolitan France, the delivery is free above 40€ if you select the mailing by La Poste. The sending is done under a fold, in an appropriate size, and your articles are properly protected in blister.
For shipments outside of Metropolitan France, or when you select a carrier other than La Poste: Shipping costs include preparation and packing costs as well as postage.
